If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item to us following the returns policy below. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please include your name and shipping address in the return parcel so we can identify the sender. Postage is the responsibility of the buyer for returns and exchanges. Please notify us before returning goods so that we can identify and process your return efficiently. This does not restrict any statutory right of withdrawal.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns/exchanges for earrings due to hygiene reasons. Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised are not normally eligible for change-of-mind cancellation or return. This does not affect your legal rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly personalised or not as described. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@myleelondon.com. Please note, delivery costs are only refunded if the order is faulty.
EU statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union and purchase an eligible product from us online, you normally have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. Where goods from one order are delivered separately, the period ends 14 days after receipt of the final item.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by:
using the “Withdraw from contract” function available in the footer of our website; or
emailing a clear statement of your decision to withdraw to info@myleelondon.com.
Your withdrawal is effective when you submit your clear withdrawal declaration within the applicable withdrawal period. You do not need to provide a reason.
After submitting our online withdrawal form, you will receive an email confirming the information submitted and the date and time it was received.
