Wrong engraving 😑

First of all this review doesn’t really warrant only the 4 stars given.. should really be a five but this is the reason behind rating given…
Service and delivery was super easy to navigate as don’t really order from online ( must be an age thing😂) but my order came .. racing pigeon with silver necklace! It was everything I wanted and more for my best friend of over 40 years ( she has two rescued indoor pigeons)!
Only downside was the engraving..even though it states on packing slip what was meant to be on… unfortunately looks like there was a mix up and I got something totally different to what I wanted…maybe someone else’s order!
But with a quick call to the customer service.. Dylan was able to rectify the problem and straight away started the process of sending me a replacement out..so at this time of writing this review.. my new order coming soon!
Otherwise very happy with service and delivery!👍
